Do I have to use a vendor from your vendor list or can I use one of mine?

We are somewhat flexible with some of the vendor areas, with the exception of selecting a bartender or security officer. With catering, we require the caterer to have a food handling license. That will be required. We have a preferred list for the other vendors, but you are welcome to choose one of your own. We only ask that you give us 30 days notice of all of your vendors being hire 30 days prior your event, so we can let you know if we know of any negative experiences with them with us or other venues.
